Dharmamoorthi (Director) in the year 2010 in Tirupur (India) since then the company’s growth is gradual and has reached a turnover of $2.1 million in the last financial year (2015-2016). The company was accompanied by its own flat knit units with both manual and automated flat knitting machines.

After accounting a substantial development over the years the founder admitted himself to the idea of implementing new processing ventures which includes knitting, printing, embroidery and washing units which were est.. in the year 2012. Each of the processing units facilitate factory’s progress towards sustainable product quality meeting the buyer targets.

All these processing units are adopted to their own category of norms and working conditions, where it has managed to soar in producing flat knit garments with its prompt functioning methods and this has been made happened by the strong workforce of nearly 100 workers directly involved.

Vision

The company is intended to whip ahead with its ideal infrastructure to lead the apparel and fashion business in India and to have a pronounced position in the international market. It has intended in working towards achieving its increase in the growth of turnover yearly by 20%.

The organisation is projected to make use of the cost cutting practice in production with the accurate inventory control systems to enrich the process of production.

To produce high quality garments with the stringent quality control norms to proportionally meet the buyer requirements hence satisfying the customer and intentionally exceptional while compared to its competitors products and services.

Manufacturing Process

Machinaries

Knitting plays a key role to this business. The result, quality and the nature of the product is determined based on the knitting machines, the company invested on best knitting machines of renown make. The knitting unit is equipped with high ranked equipments. The company has setup its own knitting units available for various types of knits like Jacquard, Intarsia, jersey, rib, cable and interlock. All the automatic flat knit machines are capable of producing 120-150 pcs a day with a capacity of 15 knitting machines which are imported from Japan. And these machines are built with different gauges 5gg, 7gg,10gg, &12gg.

Production Unit

CUTTING:
Cutting of a garment is an important factor as it determines the fit of knitwear or any other wear. Our cutting is done ‘perfectly’ keeping in mind the latest fashion fits. The factory’s exclusive fits are ready to adorn the deserving on and off the ramp.

STITCHING:
The factory is equipped with 10 imported power-run machines, Italian steam ironing machines, imported band knife cutting machine, imported colour matching cabinets, needle detector machine and all the essential production machineries. Our factory is well furnished and well maintained as per the social compliance working standards. All the goods are produced under the environmental safety standards with nearly 100 workers involved.

The over lock and flat lock machines and the single needle machines are from the makes of Siruba, brother and Juki. All the machines are fixed with auto thread trimming and dust collection. The machines are also fixed with top feed which reduces the tension in seams for special stitching like decorative stitching, Bar tacking, Button hole, Buttoning etc., this is done by machine- a make of Juki - Japan.

PRESSING:
Pressing is the last phase of production of the garment, which is also done with latest machines. The garments are steam pressed and vacuum absorbed in order to take away any excess moisture in the garment due to steaming.

CHECKING AND PACKING:
Here each of the garments are examined well to maintain a perceived quality in-order to ensure it stays within the bound of what buyer really required.
